What Are the General Bonus Rules?

BetLion Kenya offers exciting promotions and bonuses to reward our players — but to keep it fair for everyone, there are some important rules you need to know.

📜 General Bonus Terms

1. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. These rules must be followed when using any complimentary bonus credited to your account.

2. BetLion reserves the right to change, suspend, or remove any bonus, promotion, or offer at any time — even after it's been granted — especially if we detect abuse or misuse.

3. If we suspect that a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a promotion (e.g., through multiple accounts or group wagering), we may:

   • Withhold or remove the bonus

   • Block or suspend the account

   • Terminate access to the platform
     This may happen temporarily or permanently.

🎁 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

• Each player is entitled to only one welcome bonus.

• If you previously had a BetLion account or one on a related site, you may not qualify for another welcome offer — unless we decide otherwise at our discretion.

💰 Cash vs. Bonus Funds

Your account has two types of balances:

• Available Funds – Real money that can be used or withdrawn anytime

• Restricted Funds – Bonus money and winnings from bonuses, which are subject to wagering requirements

By default, wagers use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds are only used if your Available Funds are at zero.

Note: This rule does not apply to free spins, FreePlay, jackpot vouchers, Free Bet Tokens, Profit Boosts, or poker transfers.

💸 Limits on Bonus Winnings

If you’ve never made a real money deposit:

• Maximum winnings from bonus funds are capped at the local equivalent of $100

• Only up to $100 will be transferred to your Available Funds (unless you're winning a verified progressive jackpot)

🎰 Jackpots & Bonus Bets

• Bets made using bonus funds, free spins, or FreePlay do not increase jackpot prizes

• Only bets made with real money contribute to growing jackpots

🚫 Fair Play & Abuse

If we suspect:

• Unfair exploitation of the welcome bonus

• Systematic betting behaviour across multiple accounts
  We may permanently block the accounts involved and retain all remaining funds.

🧾 Want to Remove a Bonus?

You may request the removal of any bonus from your account.
