How Do I Use Reality Checks and Time-Outs?

  • Remind yourself of your budget and limits

  • Make an informed decision on whether to keep playing or take a break

These messages are there to help you stay alert and in control.

💤 What Are Time-Outs?

Time-Outs are short cooling-off periods that temporarily block access to your BetLion account. You can request a time-out for:

  • 24 hours

  • 48 hours

  • 7 days

  • 30 days

During a time-out, you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or access games.
